   * Armsaholic shall not be held liable or responsible for any shipments seized, confiscated, destroyed, delayed, or fined by local customs, law enforcement, or postal authorities due to non-compliance with the destination country’s local import regulations.
   * Any import duties, custom taxes, clearance fees, or handling charges incurred at the country of destination are entirely the responsibility of the buyer.
